Dental Checkup

Dental Examination | Check-up

The general dentistry services at Kisumu Dental Center are designed to keep your mouth healthy. By staying on top of your oral hygiene and health, you can limit future problems, saving you time and money. We’ll work together to help ensure that your dental health is maintained in the long term.

Examinations and Cleanings

Dr Odoyo recommends that you have routine dental checkups every six months – in line with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Dental Federation (FDI) guidelines. The examination process includes updating information on your general health and your current oral health concerns, complaints or observations, comprehensive examination of your face, tongue, throat, oral mucosa and the joints of your jaws, taking digital X-rays, screening for oral cancer, evaluating the health of your gums and examining each tooth meticulously.

A clean-up is also performed to give your teeth a clean feeling and a luminous look. This will ensure that “your smile is our pride“.

If further treatment is necessary, we’ll discuss how best to plan it out with you.
